Riverside Health (Newport News, Va.) is close to completing construction on the new Riverside Smithfield Hospital in Smithfield, Va., according to 13newsnow.com.
Anticipated to open in early 2026, the new hospital will house 34 medical/surgical beds, 10 intensive care unit (ICU) beds, and a 14-room emergency department (ED) and trauma bay.
