National commercial real estate firm Ryan Companies US Inc. (Atlanta) named Joe Fogarty vice president of healthcare real estate development, focused on the Southeast region.

Fogarty, who has more than 20 years of industry experience, will work with health systems, physician groups, providers, and operators to facilitate real estate acquisitions, development, construction, and building services.
