Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital Completes Renovations In Oregon

Renovations of critical access hospital Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital (Newport, Ore.) have been completed.

The 126,000-square-foot project included renovating 40,000 square feet of the existing facility and constructing an 86,000-square-foot, three-story addition. The remodel included larger patient rooms with ocean and bay views, updated workspace for staff, upgraded equipment, new procedure rooms, and a windowed galleria connecting to the existing hospital.

The project team included The Neenan Company (architect and contractor; Fort Collins, Colo.) and Gerding Builders (construction; Benton County, Ore.).
