Sanford Health is adding a $161 million Sanford Orthopedic Hospital on its main campus in Sioux Falls, S.D., according to an article in siouxfalls.business.com.

The 205,000-square-foot project will include 19 inpatient rooms, 12 operating rooms (ORs), and 56 medical suites for overnight stays for family members.

The six-story orthopedic hospital will be built adjacent to an existing surgical tower and Sanford Children’s Hospital and is scheduled for completion in fall 2025.
