Sharp HealthCare has awarded a $1.5 million Sharp Infusion Therapy Relocation project to BNBuilders. The contract includes tenant improvements at Sharp Infusion Therapy’s upcoming new facility in Kearny Mesa, Calif.
The new 5,500-square-foot Sharp Infusion Therapy facility will include 17 infusion therapy rooms, a nurses’ station, administrative area, medicine/preparation room, communications room, utility/storage rooms, waiting area, private restrooms, and a public restroom.
Construction is anticipated to begin in September 2017 and will be completed in March 2018.
The design-build team is FreemanWhite Architects.
