The Sheila Kuehl Family Wellness Center project in Los Angeles recently broke ground.
The new facility for children’s mental health will include a sunlit atrium-style waiting area, counseling, conference, and group therapy rooms, community meeting space, and an interior courtyard.
Abbott Construction worked with designer SWA Architects. The project is pursuing Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
The Sheila Kuehl Family Wellness Center is slated to complete construction under an aggressive one year schedule by winter 2019.
