Southern Hills Hospital & Medical Center in Las Vegas held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on a freestanding emergency department (ED) in Henderson, Nev., according to news3lv.com.
The $15 million project comprises a nearly 11,000-square-foot facility with 11 exam rooms, a laboratory, pharmacy, and advanced imaging.
Construction is expected to be completed by late 2026.
