SSM Health To Replace Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital

The new 14-story facility is expected to be completed in 2027 and will include neonatal intensive care, cancer, and cardiology services.

Catholic, nonprofit health system SSM (St. Louis) is planning a replacement hospital for Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis.

The new 14-story facility will house 200 patient beds and larger areas to accommodate families. Services will include neonatal intensive care, intensive care, cancer, cardiology, and dialysis care.

The project team includes general contractor McCarthy Buildings Companies (St. Louis).

The project is slated for completion in 2027.
