St. Luke’s Health, Lifepoint Rehabilitation Break Ground On Inpatient Rehab Hospital In Spring, Texas

The 58,000-square-foot project is located on the campus of St. Luke’s Health-Springwood Village Hospital.

St. Luke’s Health (Houston), part of CommonSpirit Health (Chicago), and Lifepoint Rehabilitation (Brentwood, Tenn.) have started construction on an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Spring, Texas, according to a news release.

The project comprises 40 private rooms in a new 58,000-square-foot freestanding facility on the campus of St. Luke’s Health-Springwood Village Hospital.

ESa (Nashville) is serving as architect, with Robins & Morton (Houston) as general contractor.

The project is expected to be completed in spring 2027.
