Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, a public sector healthcare provider, has unveiled plans for the second phase of St. Mary’s Hospital redevelopment in London, England, according to a news release.

The plans consolidate multiple aging hospital buildings into a single facility of about 30 stories with 800 beds, adding amenities such as roof gardens, outdoor spaces, and a helipad.

The proposal now enters a community input phase that will help shape the facility’s design. A planning application is expected to be submitted in spring 2027.

HOK (London) is serving as design architect in partnership with Allies and Morrison (London), master plan architect, and Stanhope PLC (London), development manager.
