Providence Montana (Missoula, Mont.) has added a new clinical decision unit at its St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, according to an article in the Missoulian.
The new 10,000-square-foot, 10-bed clinical decision unit is adjacent to the emergency department and designed to ease the burden on the ED and make available more inpatient beds at the hospital.
