State Of Ohio Eyes Former Arena Site For Miami Valley Behavioral Healthcare Hospital In Trotwood

The State of Ohio is moving to purchase a 133-acre former arena site in Trotwood for a new state-run behavioral health hospital, according to the Dayton Daily News.

The proposed Miami Valley Behavioral Healthcare Hospital will house up to 208 beds in a 285,000-square-feet facility and include patient units, clinical and admitting space, a full kitchen, and indoor and outdoor recreation spaces.
