Real estate enterprise and builder Suffolk (Boston) has named Mark Fulco as vice president of business development, northeast healthcare.

Previously, Fulco held leadership positions at Trinity Health, most recently serving as president of Trinity’s Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Mass.
