Summerville Medical Center Breaks Ground On Women And Children’s Facility

The $53 million dollar project is expected to be completed in 2019.

Summerville Medical Center, located in Summerville, S.C., broke ground on a 50,000-square-foot facility that will offer health services to women and children, according to “The Summerville Journal Scene.” The $53 million dollar project is expected to be completed in 2019.

The expansion will add 30 beds, extra labor and delivery rooms, a c-section procedure room, newborn nursery rooms and level II nursery rooms.
