Taylor Design (San Francisco) has appointed Erik Hanson as practice leader for the firm’s five offices in California, according to a news release.
Hanson has a background in architectural design, master planning, and space programming on major healthcare projects across the U.S. Previously, he was senior director of architecture and building design at Stanford Health Care and held roles at Bay Area healthcare architecture firms, including Perkins&Will and NBBJ.
As practice leader at Taylor Design, he will focus on growing and unifying the firm’s five-office practice in California to expand its reach and capabilities, including strategy, laboratory planning, and data analytics tools to improve collaboration and product delivery.
