Temple Health (Philadelphia), an academic health system affiliated with Temple University, is on track to open this fall the new Temple Women & Families Hospital in North Philadelphia, according to a news release.
The new facility will house 13 specialized birthing rooms, 32 private postpartum suites, and a Level III NICU. Services provided will include high-risk pregnancy management, maternal-fetal medicine, customized birth plans, and breastfeeding support and lactation consultation.
