Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center Completes New Mental Health Wing In Long Beach, Virginia

The $175 million expansion adds two buildings that include 45 inpatient beds and counseling services.

Tibor Rubin Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Long Beach, Calif., completed construction of a new mental health wing, according to the Long Beach Post.

The $175 million, 60,000-square-foot expansion adds two buildings with 45 inpatient beds as well as counseling and other services.

The new wing also houses a dedicated women’s health space, common areas for group therapy and classes, and space for telehealth services.
