Nonprofit integrated, managed care healthcare organization Trinity Health Michigan (formerly Mercy Health; Livonia, Mich.) and hospital and healthcare services provider Universal Health Services (King of Prussia, Pa.) have partnered to build Southridge Behavioral Hospital in Byron Township, Mich., according to the website fox17online.com.

The $46 million mental health hospital will include 96 beds and offer a range of services, including group therapy and recreational activities.
