U-M Health To Renovate Former Kmart Building Into Clinical Facility In Troy, Michigan
University of Michigan Health (U-M Health; Ann Arbor, Mich.) is planning to transform a former Kmart headquarters location into a new healthcare clinic for specialty and diagnostic services, in Troy, Mich., according to the website detroitnews.com.
U-M Health purchased the 7.28-acre site for $4.42 million.
Construction is expected to start in 2025 and be completed in 2027.
