The University of California San Francisco (UCSF) opened the Nancy Friend Pritzker Psychiatry Building in San Francisco.

The new facility houses mental health care, research, and training services. Situated adjacent to UCSF’s Mission Bay campus, the five-story, 150,000-square-foot project includes a child, teen, and family center, rooftop garden, therapeutic kitchen for families of patients with eating disorders, therapy gym, and sleep clinic.

The project team includes ZGF Architects (architect; Los Angeles), Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Co. (general contractor; San Francisco), and SKS/Prado (developer/owner; San Francisco).
