The University of Washington (Seattle) School of Medicine – Gonzaga University (Spokane, Wash.) Health Partnership has topped off a new medical care, health education, research, and innovation center in Spokane.

The four-story, 90,000-square-foot building will include classrooms, an anatomy suite, research labs, office space for public- and private-sector healthcare tenants, and administrative offices.

The two institutions formed the partnership in 2016 to expand and enhance medical education to serve the growing need for more high-quality healthcare in the region. The project team includes McKinstry (design, construction, operations; Seattle).

The project is slated for completion in July 2022.
