WellSpan Health (York, Pa.) held a ceremony to mark construction milestones on three neighborhood hospitals in central Pennsylvania, according to a news release.
The final vertical steel structural beams are set to go up in projects to build WellSpan Carlisle Hospital (Carlisle, Pa.), WellSpan Newberry Hospital (Newberry, Pa.), and WellSpan Shrewsbury Hospital (Shrewsbury, Pa.). When completed, each hospital will house a 24/7 emergency department (ED), 10 inpatient beds, and diagnostic and lab services.
