Integrated health system WellSpan Health (York, Pa.) is set to open WellSpan Newberry Hospital this spring in Newberry Township, Pa., according to fox43.com.
The community hospital will feature a 10-bed emergency department (ED), 10 private inpatient beds, imaging, and a lab. Each patient room will be equipped with secure telehealth technology, allowing physicians to perform remote assessments using electronic stethoscopes and high-resolution cameras.
