West Virginia University Medicine (WVU Medicine; Morgantown, W.Va.) completed the operating room suite renovation at WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, W.Va., according to theintelligencer.net.
The $23 million project took 30 months and includes the renovation of five operating rooms (ORs) and two procedural suites, as well as new staff break rooms.
Additionally, modern technologies including surgical robots were installed in the new facility and monitoring technology was added in in pre- and post-op areas.
