West Jefferson Medical Center-LCMC Health: The enlarged and renovated ED includes a new canopy and waiting spaces for patients, staff, and visitors comfort. Similar to the new outpatient entrance canopy, the cantilevered steel and glass structure provides excellent sightlines for both car traffic and crossing pedestrians. The addition’s metal panels facing is a new design standard for the organization and will be used for all project exteriors to provide a more cohesive public face for the hospital.
