Two enclosed sky bridges connect the second and fourth levels of the medical pavilion with the Prebys Cardiovascular Institute to provide doctors with the ability to move back and forth easily between the two facilities. They also allow for quick movement of cath lab patients into the hospital for more intensive care if needed.
