TMU Student Wellbeing Centre: As part of the project, the 1855 O’Keefe House on the TMU campus will be restored and integrated into the Student Wellbeing Centre. A new entrance will be carved into the existing brick façade. The 8-story tower will feature mass timber construction to support Toronto’s Green Standard sustainability goals.

TMU Student Wellbeing Centre: Wood-lined ceilings and exposed wood columns in the student lounge soften the interior spaces and reinforce the connection to nature that permeates the project.

5. Staff Kitchen and Lounge
TMU Student Wellbeing Centre: Flexible program spaces for staff include shared meeting rooms and lounges. A fourth-floor lounge opens onto the rooftop of the O’Keefe House and creates a private courtyard.
