Novant Health (Winston-Salem, N.C.) plans to build a $132 million hospital in Greenville, S.C., according to The Post and Courier.

The 79,350-square-foot project will house 20 acute-care beds, operating rooms (ORs), diagnostic imaging, a rehabilitation gym, and outpatient and specialty care services.

The health system also plans to build an adjacent 4-story medical center to house primary care doctor offices, rehab clinics, an urgent care center, and other services.

The project is expected to be completed by early 2027.
