University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH; Albuquerque, N.M) is planning to build Sandia Vista Primary Care Clinic in Albuquerque, according to krqe.com.

Situated on nearly 7 acres, the facility will house 22 exam rooms, radiology, rehabilitation (physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy), a retail pharmacy, and community room.

Construction is expected to begin in July.
