Provider Windom Area Health (Windom, Minn.) has completed an expansion that adds a new medical office building (MOB) in Windom, according to a news release from Kraus-Anderson (Bemidji, Minn.), the builder on the project.
The 52,000-square-foot MOB is the result of a partnership with Sanford Health (Sioux Falls, S.D.), which has a clinic on the first floor of the 4-story building.
The facility also houses specialty clinics including obstetrics/gynecology, orthopedics, general surgery, pain management, mental health, integrative health, and foot care. Amenities include a wellness center, fitness gym, and kitchenette available to the community.
