Encompass Health (Vestavia Hills, Ala.) is proposing a new $66 million inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Bear, Del., according to Delaware Business Times.
Situated on 4.6 aces, the new rehab hospital would house 40 inpatient beds for patients recovering from surgeries or illnesses which require intensive therapy.
The project is estimated to take 28 months to complete after final approvals.
