Northside Hospital (Atlanta) has started site preparation for construction of the Northside Medical Loganville medical office building (MOB) in Loganville, Ga., according to a news release.
The 40,000-square-foot MOB comprises 2 stories for imaging, cardiology, primary care, obstetrics-gynecology (OB-GYN), general surgery, and other specialty services.
Vertical construction on the project is expected to start in early 2026, with project completion anticipated by the end of the year.
