Architecture, engineering, and consulting firm Gresham Smith (Nashville, Tenn.) has appointed Penny J. Houchens as executive vice president of healthcare, according to a news release.
In her new role, she will oversee strategic growth and business development of the healthcare practice, based in the firm’s Nashville office.
During her 30-year tenure with the firm, Houchens has become an advocate for research-informed strategies for healthcare clients.
Additionally, Houchens serves on the executive board of the American Heart Association (Dallas) and founded the Nashville Chapter of Women in Healthcare.
