AdventHealth Begins Construction On New Hospital In Weaverville, North Carolina

The first phase of the project will house 67 inpatient beds.

AdventHealth (Hendersonville, N.C.) has started construction on AdventHealth Weaverville, a new acute care and emergency hospital in Weaverville, N.C., according to a news release.

The first phase of the project will house 67 inpatient beds, an emergency department (ED), and intensive care unit (ICU). The facility will also provide labor and delivery, medical-surgical, and imaging services.

AdventHealth has received approval to add 26 inpatient beds in a future phase and has applied to expand the hospital by an additional 129 beds.
