Lakeview Clinic has completed a major interior and exterior remodel project in Waconia, Minn., according to a news release.
The project renovated 10,000 square feet of existing space, including the main entrance, lobby, and waiting areas to create a brighter, more welcoming atmosphere. As part of the renovations, a new entry vestibule in the lobby provides additional space for wheelchairs and improved accessibility. A renovated optical shop also features a larger footprint with a modern aesthetic that aligns with the updated design of the clinic.
The remodeling of the exterior of the facility features new glass and blue accent panels to give the façade a contemporary look.
DSGW Architecture (Duluth, Minn.) served as the designer, and Kraus-Anderson (Minneapolis) was the general contractor.
