Self Regional Healthcare Breaks Ground On Medical Office Building In Greenwood, S.C.

The 68,000-square-foot multispecialty MOB is expected to be completed in summer 2027.

Not-for-profit regional referral hospital Self Regional Healthcare (Greenwood, S.C.) broke ground on Self Medical Center, a new medical office building (MOB) in Greenwood, S.C., according to a news release.

The 68,000-square-foot facility will offer specialty care including urology, gastroenterology, general surgery, bariatric surgery, women’s health, and infusion therapy.

Robins & Morton (Birmingham, Ala.) is serving as contractor on the project, which is expected to be completed in summer 2027.
