HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake To Open New Blood Cancer Unit In Texas

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of a new blood cancer unit on the hospital’s campus in Clear Lake, Texas, according to a news release.

The project delivers private treatment rooms and clinical space for specialized care teams and stem cell transplant coordination. Additionally, the unit includes a dedicated patient lounge and built-in technology to accommodate telehealth.

The unit is part of the hospital’s Blood Cancer and Cell Therapies Program, which provides diagnostics, care, and treatment for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
