Cooper University Health Care (Camden, N.J.) announced plans to build a $300 million multispecialty campus in Blackwood, N.J., according to a news release.
The 5-story, 184,000-square-foot project will be developed on a 39-acre site, with construction anticipated to begin in mid-2027 and be completed by late 2028.
The facility is expected to open to patients by spring 2029.
The campus will include an ambulatory surgery center, pain management clinic, and dedicated procedural suite for digestive health as well as exam suites for cardiology, neurology, oncology, obstetrics, orthopedics, and urology and pulmonary care.
Additionally, MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper will provide on-site radiation oncology and infusion services.
