Christus Health (Irving, Texas) has started construction on a new community hospital in Los Alamos, N.M., according to a news release.
The 2-story, 37,277-square-foot facility will house four inpatient rooms, two operating rooms (ORs), an emergency department (ED) with seven treatment rooms, and a six-chair infusion center for cancer care. Additionally, the hospital will feature an on-site lab and pharmacy, as well as comprehensive imaging services.
