Christ Hospital Medical Center has completed a $13 million expansion of its Family Birthing Center in Liberty Township, Ohio, according to the Journal-News.
The 8,800-square-foot project adds five labor/delivery and postpartum rooms, bringing the center’s total number of rooms to 14. Two of the new rooms include labor tubs, increasing hydrotherapy options for women seeking natural childbirth.
Danis Construction (Columbus, Ohio) is general contractor on the project.
