Thomas Hospital Completes $40M Expansion In Fairhope, Alabama

The project delivers a new 4-story patient tower with 25 medical/surgical beds.

Thomas Hospital has completed a $40 million expansion in Fairhope, Ala., with the opening of a new patient tower, according to Mobile Bay Now.

The 4-story tower houses 25 medical/surgical beds. Additionally, a 4-room cardiac catheterization suite with dedicated recovery areas is expected to become fully operational by 2027.

The building also features a rooftop helipad for emergency transport and shell space on the fourth floor to support future expansion.
