DFRE (Miami) has started construction on The Triangle, a workforce housing development in Miami’s Health District, according to a news release.
The project will feature 112 studio apartments, each 450 square feet, in an 8-story, 121,636-square-foot building. Amenities will include a ground-floor fitness center and a landscaped pool terrace on the fifth level.
The development will be located within walking distance of Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami Health System.
