According to “UCF Today,” University of Central Florida (UCF) and HCA North Florida received its final certificate of need approval for a 100-bed medical and surgical hospital that will begin construction next to UCF’s College of Medicine in Lake Nona within 18 months.
The hospital, UCF Lake Nona Medical Center, is slated to open by the end of 2020.
