Vanderbilt Health Completes Renal Care Facility

The former bowling alley was converted into a 27,500-square-foot outpatient dialysis clinic.

Vanderbilt Health recently completed construction on a new outpatient dialysis clinic in Nashville, Tenn. A former bowling alley was converted into the medical facility.

The developer, Oman-Gibson Associates, added 7,000 square feet to the existing 20,500 square foot property, resulting in a 27,500 square feet outpatient renal care facility.

Other project partners include Southeast Venture (architect); Fulmer Engineering (civil engineer); and Olympian Construction (construction manager).
