Winter Park Memorial Hospital Nicholson Pavilion in Winter Park, Fla., has reached a significant construction milestone. The recent topping out ceremony marked that the building has reached its highest point.
The Nicholson Pavilion will allow the hospital to convert the majority of its existing rooms into private patient rooms
The expansion will include private beds for orthopaedic care, surgical, and other services, and a new lobby when it opens next year.
Project partners include Brasfield & Gorrie and RLF Architects.
The patient pavilion will be completed in 2019.
