Gundersen Health System (La Crosse, Wis.) is building a new $51 million Tri-County Hospital in Whitehall, Wis., according to an article in wxow.com.
The 68,000-square-foot project will include private patient rooms, a trauma center, and helipad situated adjacent to the new hospital.
Completion is scheduled for summer 2023. Once construction on the new hospital is complete, the old building will be torn down.
