Real estate investment company Simone Healthcare Development (Bronx, N.Y.) and integrated health system Catholic Health (Buffalo, N.Y.) are partnering on a new project.
Together, they will transform a former retail store into Simone Healthcare Development for Catholic Health Ambulatory & Urgent Care at Centereach in Centereach, N.Y.
The 63,000-square-foot project will house primary care, women’s health, behavioral health, cardiology, neurosciences, and orthopedics.
Catholic Health will lease the new building from Simone. It’s expected to open in spring 2023.
