Participate in one of two ways: Submit to the awards program OR submit for publication only.
Option 1: Submit to the Design Showcase Awards Program
Reservations due March 13; presentations due April 3
Entry Fee: $525 (non-refundable)
Publication Fee: $4,575 (one-page layout); $6,975 (two-page layout)

The prestigious Healthcare Design Showcase awards program is now in its 26th year of honoring the very best design and architecture in the healthcare industry. All projects accepted by our jury will be published in the August 2026 issue of Healthcare Design, with some receiving special recognition.
An elite jury of architects, interior designers, providers, and consultants will evaluate projects. Awards of Merit and Honorable Mentions are given to the highest-scoring projects. Finalists will also be recognized for outstanding achievement.
Awards will be presented at our annual Healthcare Design Conference + Expo (Oct. 17-20, New Orleans) during a special luncheon open to all attendees.
All participants will receive instructions for preparing presentations, along with a PowerPoint template. Presentations are due April 3.

Option 2: Submit for Publication Only in the Design Showcase (not eligible for awards)
We understand that not all firms believe their projects raise the bar or are award-worthy. Sometimes, dedicating resources to presentation development and assembly is simply not warranted. Choose this option if you would like to include your project in the showcase issue, but not seek an award.
Entry fee and PowerPoint presentation do not apply to this option. The publication fee, based on the number of pages selected for your layout (see publication fees above), will be invoiced in August 2026. Materials will be due May 22.
