50-bed Rehabilitation Project Planned For Florida

The Kindred Rehabilitation Services facility will include multidisciplinary therapy gyms.

Kindred Rehabilitation Services (Louisville, Ky.), a wholly owned and operated business unit of LifePoint Health (Brentwood, Tenn.), is planning a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Jacksonville, Fla.

The project will feature all private inpatient rooms, multidisciplinary therapy gymnasiums, and a therapeutic courtyard. Services will include acute rehabilitation for stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, multiple trauma, amputation, and other injuries or disorders.

It is scheduled to open in 2023 and will be Kindred Rehabilitation Services’ fourth inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Florida.
