$70M Kentucky Hospital In The Works

The project will be part of a 20-acre campus.

Norton Healthcare (Louisville, Ky.) is planning to build a $70 million hospital as part of Goodwill industries of Kentucky’s 20-acre campus in Louisville, according to an article in wdrb.com.

Situated on 6.5 aces, the 40,000-60,000-square-foot hospital will include 20 inpatient beds, an emergency room, and adult and pediatric primary care offices. It will offer women’s health, cardiology, neurology, and endocrinology services.

The site also will house Goodwill’s headquarters and local social service agencies.

The $100 million project is scheduled to break ground this summer and open in 2024.
